NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

TAX RATE

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Town of Vienna, Virginia, that at the Regular Council Meeting of May 19, 2025, it is the intent of the Town Council to adopt the following:

Real estate property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2025-26 of $0.195 per $100 of assessed valuation which represents an effective tax rate increase of 3.9%.
