NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Town of Vienna, Virginia, that at the Regular Council Meeting of May 19, 2025, the Town Council, pursuant to authority granted under Section 6.1(a) of the Town of Vienna Charter and Section 15.2-2109 et seq, of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended, intends to adopt the following charges for water and sewer service furnished by the Town of Vienna:

Residential Block Structure (Quarterly Basis)

Water Consumption Charge 0 – 9,000 gallons $7.55/1000 gallons

9,001 – 18,000 gallons $8.25/1000 gallons

18,001 plus gallons $9.45/1000 gallons

Sewer Consumption Charge 0 – 9,000 gallons $12.00/1000 gallons

9,001 – 18,000 gallons $13.10/1000 gallons

18,001 plus gallons $15.10/1000 gallons

Residential Base Fee: $42.00/quarter

Commercial Block Structure (Quarterly Basis)

Water Consumption Charge 0 – 120,000 gallons $7.55/1000 gallons

120,001 – 360,000 gallons $8.25/1000 gallons

360,001 plus gallons $9.45/1000 gallons

Sewer Consumption Charge 0 – 120,000 gallons $12.00/1000 gallons

120,001 – 360,000 gallons $13.10/1000 gallons

360,001 plus gallons $15.10/1000 gallons

Commercial Base Fee:

up to 5/8” meter $65.00/quarter

1” meter $160.00/quarter

1.5” meter $325.00/quarter

2” meter $515.00/quarter

3” meter $1,035.00/quarter

4” meter $1,610.00/quarter
