REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL –

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

DC Scholars solicits written proposals from qualified leadership development organizations to design and deliver a cohort-based leadership development and coaching program for our team of Assistant Principals. The program will focus on building adaptive leadership capacity, strengthening emotional intelligence, and developing critical technical skills for instructional leadership, including facilitating teacher development meetings and delivering effective observation-feedback cycles for the school year 2025-26.

To obtain the specifications for the Request for Proposals (RFP), including responsibilities and bidding requirements, contact Kiara Allen via finance@dcscholars.org on/after Friday, May 9, 2025. Proposals must be submitted no later than Friday, May 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM to finance@dcscholars.org. Any bids not addressing all areas as outlined in the RFPs may not be considered.
