REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL –

FRACTIONAL CFO

DC Scholars Public Charter School seeks written proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services for the 2025–26 school year. The selected partner will support financial planning and strategy, reporting, budgeting, audits, grants management, and compliance. Additionally, the fractional CFO will serve as a key advisor to school leadership and the Board, helping to ensure fiscal sustainability and informed decision-making across the organization.

Proposals must be submitted no later than Friday, May 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM to finance@dcscholars.org. Any bids not addressing all areas as outlined in the RFPs may not be considered.
