NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that HARDWOOD FORESTRY FUND, a District of Columbia NONPROFIT CORPORATION (the “Company”), pursuant to the provisions of District of Columbia Nonprofit Corporations Act of 2010, filed with the District of Columbia Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (the “DLCP”) Articles of Dissolution of the Company. The Company has ceased carrying on any business.

All persons with a claim or claims against the Company must present such claim or claims in accordance with the procedures set forth below.

1. All claims must be in writing, stating the amount of the claim, the basis for the claim, and the name, telephone number, and mailing address of the person making the claim. The mailing address to which the claim must be sent is:

The giving of this notice does not revive any claim barred or constitute acknowledgement by the Company that any person to whom this notice is given is a proper claimant and does not operate as a waiver of any defense or counterclaim in respect of any claim asserted by any person to whom such notice is given. The Company reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any claim submitted pursuant to this notice.
