SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that, pursuant to Va. Code § 64.2-556, John Murray Muchnikoff, Administrator for the Estate of Dave Michael Muchnikoff ("Estate"), has filed a report of the accounts and of the debts and demands against the Estate, and it further appearing that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator, on the Administrator's motion, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Dave Michael Muchnikoff, show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. in Fairfax on the 30th Day of May 2025, before the Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Dave Michael Muchnikoff, deceased, to the distributees/legatees with or without requiring refunding bonds as this Court may determine.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
