THIS MATTER CAME BEFORE this Honorable Court on an Affidavit of Service by Publication, filed by ELEUTERIO PERFECTO GARCIA PASCUAL and ELSY NOEMI AREVALO HERNANDEZ, (hereinafter referred to as “Prospective Adoptive Father” and “Natural Mother” respectively or “Petitioners” collectively); and

The reason for this cause is for Petitioners to obtain an adoption. An affidavit having been made and filed showing that DILVIN RUDY HENRIQUEZ MACHADO, (hereinafter referred to as “Birth Father”), is a non-resident individual, other than a non-resident individual fiduciary who has appointed a statutory agent, who cannot be found, his address being unknown, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the party to be served and that personal service is unobtainable.

The last known address of Birth Father is an unknown location in El Salvador following being deported in 2010.

UPON CONSIDERATION THEREOF, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the above named Respondent shall be advised that an adoption placement proceeding is pending in the Fairfax County Circuit Court, and that he must file a written objection ten (10) days after completion of Publication of this Order, with the Fairfax County Circuit Court to protect his interest in this cause.

UPON CONSIDERATION, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that DILVIN RUDY HENRIQUEZ MACHADO shall appear here on or before the (3rd) day of July, 2025, at 9:00 AM / PM after proper publication of this Order, to protect his interest in this cause.
