AMENDED ORDER

Upon consideration of Plaintiff’s Motion for Service by Publication and Electronic Means pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d)(2)(A)(ii)(II)(bb) and Plaintiff’s Memorandum of Law and Declaration in support thereof, and Plaintiff’s Motion for Correction to Order pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(a) and Plaintiff’s Memorandum of Law in support thereof, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. That a copy of this Order be published in The Washington Times or The Washington Post within fourteen (14) days after entry of this Order;

2. That a copy of this Order be provided to John Doe and the Defendant domain names EDENFOODSCANADA.com, EDENFOODCOMPANYCANADA.com, EDENFOODSCOMPANYCANADA.com, EDANJOBS.com, EDANFOODOFFICIAL.com, EDENFOODCANADA.com, EDENFOODSERVICE.com, EDENFOODSRECRUITMENT.com, EDENFOODSCANADA.org, SUDNCOURIERCOMPANYCANADA.com, and SARDARJAGMOHAN.com, through the electronic means identified in the WhoIs records attached to the Complaint as Exhibits 1-11, as well as the email addresses hr@edenfoodscanada.com, info@edenfoodscanada.com, info@edenfoodscompanycanada.com, info@edenfoodsrecruitment.com, info@sudncouriercompanycanada.com, and info@sardarjagmohan.com;

3. That messages be sent through the electronic portals listed in the WhoIs records, and to the WhatsApp contact numbers +1 9393207912, +1 5812889752, +1 6397398157, +1 4377390446, +1 6729047015, +1 2367565895, +1 2367069111, and +1 9188444474, indicating (if possible) that claims of cybersquatting, trademark infringement, and counterfeiting have been lodged against the domain names, and providing contact means to obtain a copy of the Complaint;

4. That a declaration be filed on Plaintiff’s behalf, no later than twenty (20) days after the entry of this Order, describing the steps that have been taken to comply with this Order; and

5. That John Doe and the Defendant domain names EDENFOODSCANADA.com, EDENFOODCOMPANYCANADA.com, EDENFOODSCOMPANYCANADA.com, EDANJOBS.com, EDANFOODOFFICIAL.com, EDENFOODCANADA.com, EDENFOODSERVICE.com, EDENFOODSRECRUITMENT.com, EDENFOODSCANADA.org, SUDNCOURIERCOMPANYCANADA.com, and SARDARJAGMOHAN.com are hereby advised:

A. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint charging the Defendants with trademark infringement, trademark counterfeiting, and cybersquatting under the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from Plaintiff’s counsel, Adrienne J. Kosak, Wiley Rein LLP, 2050 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20036, telephone (202) 719-7000.

B. In the event the Plaintiff prevails against the Defendants, remedies could include damages, injunctive relief, and/or the forfeiture or cancellation of the Defendant domain names or the transfer of the Defendant domain names to the Plaintiff in this action.

C. Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-5798 within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this Order in The Washington Times or The Washington Post. If no appearance or pleading is filed as required by this Order, this Court may render a judgment against the Defendants which could include damages, injunctive relief, and/or the forfeiture or cancellation of the Defendant domain names or the transfer of the Defendant domain names to the Plaintiff.
