The object of this action is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding six (6) months.

It appearing by Affidavit that the Defendant's last known location was 840 47th Street Apartment 3, Oakland, CA 94608, that her present whereabouts are unknown and that diligence has been used by Plaintiff to determine to ascertain in what city or county the Defendant is located without success; it is

ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before the 15th day of July, 2025, and protect her interest herein. And it is further

ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Sprosylvania. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, shall mail a copy of this order to the Defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the Affidavit the Plaintiff filed herein.
