ORDER OF PUBLICATION

Petitioner George J. Keupp, Jr., the Administrator of the Estate of Patricia Ann Bell (“the Estate” and “the Decedent,” respectively) has instituted a Petition for Aid and Direction, the object of which is for this Court to enter an Order determining: (1) the heirs of the Decedent pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and (2) for each individual determined to be an heir of the Decedent, such heir’s fractional or percentage intestate share of the Decedent’s Estate pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and

IT APPEARING to the Court that, in addition to those individuals named as respondents to the Petition for Aid and Direction, there may be unknown individuals that are heirs of the Decedent who could not be located after a diligent search, or devisees or successors in interest of the Decedent, and such unknown individuals have been made party to the Petition for Aid and Direction as “Parties Unknown” in accordance with Virginia Code § 8.01-316; and

IT FURTHER APPEARING to the Court that, as unknown individuals and potential heirs, the names, whereabouts, and post office addresses, if any, of any Parties Unknown are in turn unknown; it is hereby

ORDERED that the Parties Unknown, being any unknown individuals with heirship claims as to the Decedent and her Estate, or devisees or successors in interest of the Decedent, appear in this matter on or before July 18, 2025, by filing a responsive pleading to the Petition for Aid and Direction, and take such steps as may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit; and it is further protect her interests in this suit; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction, and that a copy of this Order of Publication be posted at the front door of the Courthouse for the County of Arlington, Virginia; and it is further

ORDERED that upon completion of publication, the Clerk shall file a certificate in the papers of this case that the requirements of Virginia Code § 8.01-317 have been complied with.
