An Affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Defendants in the above-entitled cause are non-residents of the State of Virginia or cannot be found in the State of Virginia, and that the Defendant's name, to-wit:

ST. AUGUSTINE CATHOLIC SCHOOL; ST. AUGUSTINE CATHOLIC CHURCH; ST. PIUS V CATHOLIC SCHOOL; BISHOP KENNEY HIGH SCHOOL; and PARTIES UNKNOWN, who are heirs of Audrey D. Cobb.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is hereby ORDERED that the above-named non-resident defendants do appear here on or before July 16, 2025, after due publication of this Order, which shall occur once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, and a copy mailed by first class mail postage prepaid to the last known address of the parties named herein.
