BUS SHELTER FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

1. The District of Columbia is issuing public notice of its Request for Proposals seeking offers to sell and manage commercial advertising on bus shelters, and design, install, operate and maintain up to 1500 shelters throughout the District of Columbia.

2. The District contemplates the award of 1 franchise agreement with a 90 day transition period and a 20 year term.

3. Proposals are due on July 31, 2025, at 2p.m. ET. The solicitation and any amendments will be available via https://www.ocp.dc.gov and https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov.
