THIS CAUSE COMES BEFORE THE COURT upon the Motion of the Executor for Entry and Publication of a Show Cause Order.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of HAMID AGHAMIRI Executor of the Estate of BEATRIZ VARGAS, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk's office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification; and that this Order is a proper one, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 27th day of June, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of BEATRIZ VARGAS, deceased, to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds. It is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks pursuant to section 64.2-556 of the Code Virginia, 1950, as amended.
