REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Student Information System

Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School (CRIPCS) is seeking proposals for the implementation of a robust, flexible, and scalable Student Information System (SIS) to support administrative, instructional, and reporting needs. The SIS should enhance data-driven decision-making, support integration with existing systems, and improve the overall experience for students, faculty, and staff. A select group of vendors will be invited to present their platforms through a guided demonstration tailored to CRIPCS’s priorities.

Completed proposals are due via email to sisrfp@carlosrosario.org by COB (5:00pm) Wednesday, 07/16/2025. A final vendor selection is expected by July 21, 2025, with implementation targeting a go-live prior to the start of the academic year in August 2027.
