THIS CAUSE COMES BEFORE THE COURT upon the Motion of the Executor, Sally Byron LaBarre, by and through her counsel, Hannah E. Messick, Esq. and The Geller Law Group PLLC, for Entry and Publication of a Show Cause Order.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of Sally Byron LaBarre, Executor of the Estate of Lynne M. Baptista, deceased, and of the debts and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since its qualification and that this Order is a proper one, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 27th day of June,2025, at 9:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Jerome L. Jackson, deceased, to the legatees with or without requiring refunding bond. It is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks pursuant to §64.1-556 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. Entered this 2nd day of June, 2025.
