ORDER OF PUBLICATION OF SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the above estate, if any, show cause, if they can, on July 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., before this Court, at its Courthouse, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, against the payment and delivery of the assets of the above estate to the known creditors in their order of priority as determined pursuant to the Report of the Commissioner of Accounts issued on May 9, 2025, which Report was confirmed and recorded amongst the probate records of the Fairfax County Circuit Court on May 27, 2025 in Will Book 01343 at Page 2112, without requiring refunding bonds.

IT APPEARING to the Court that a report of the accounts of the debts and demands against the Estate of Linda Solomon has been filed in the Clerk's office and six months have elapsed since the Administrator, C.T.A., d.b.n.'s qualification, and upon motion of the Administrator, it is further Ordered that the caption, style and first paragraph of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction; and that a copy of this Order be posted near the front entrance of the Courthouse for the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
