GREGG, JR, deceased, and that more than six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, and on the motion of Courtney McCarthy, Esq., of MWM Legal Group, PLLC, Administrator CTA DBN for the Estate; it is therefore

ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on July 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., before this Court at its courtroom against payment and delivery of the estate of CHARLES N. GREGG, JR, deceased; and it is further

ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that this Show Cause be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the WASHINGTON TIMES, a newspaper published in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
