The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of Any Unknown Personal Representative or Administrator and/or Heir(s) to the Estate of Jeremy Crawford, having an interest in the real property located at 1958 Mayflower Drive, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192. If no such persons or heirs are located, the secondary purpose of this cause is to interplead funds from a prior foreclosure of a Deed of Trust and Loan Modification Agreement lien on the property commonly known as 1958 Mayflower Drive, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192, and further described as:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land lying and being in Prince William County, Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows:

Lot 84, Section 8B, Lake Ridge as the same is duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 575, Page 270 among the land records of Prince William County, Virginia.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before July 29, 2025, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Prince William, Virginia.
