THIS CAUSE COMES BEFORE THE COURT upon the Motion of Britt Banks, Administrator, C.T.A. of the Estate of Cheri Lee Brundige, for Entry and Publication of a Show Cause Order.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of Britt Banks, Administrator, C.T.A. of the Estate of Cheri Lee Brundige, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office; that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Britt Banks and that this Order is a proper one, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 18th day of July, 2025, at 10:00 AM, before this Court, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Cheri Lee Brundige, deceased, to the distributees thereof, with or without refunding bonds as the Court prescribes. It is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks pursuant to §64.2-556 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
