ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It appearing that the account of Andrea Venezia Whitworth, Executor for the Estate of Robert A. Venezia (the "Estate"), deceased, and a report of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria, and that more than 6 months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator before this Court,

It is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Robert A. Venezia, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, on Wednesday July 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., before this Court virtually via Microsoft Teams, against payment and delivery of said Estate to the Estate's beneficiaries, after payment of remaining administrative expenses; and creditors, in accordance with Va. Code § 64.2-528 and set out in the Motion of the Executor.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for 2 successive weeks in Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Alexandria, Virginia.
