IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Members Trust Company, FSB, Administrator c.t.a. of the Estate of Rose Ameser Bannigan, deceased, and of the debts and demands against this Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Members Trust Company FSB, Administrator c.t.a.

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if they can, at 9:30 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Rose Ameser Bannigan, deceased to its legatees, and distributees, with or without requiring refunding bonds,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Arlington County, Virginia.
