Chahil, who lived at 5415 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Apt. 724, Washington D.C. 20015 at the time of her reported death, is the subject of an action for a Complaint for Possession by Plaintiff Elme Kenmore LLC, in the Landlord and Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Case No. 2025-LTB-006014. A judgment for possession may lead to eviction and loss of personal property.
