NOTICE – Amendment 2 to County Fiscal Year 2022 – County Fiscal Year 2026 Consolidated

Plan

In accordance with Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended and the regulations found at 24 CFR part 91, et. seq., the Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) has drafted Amendment 2 to Montgomery County’s Consolidated Plan covering the period July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2026.

The Consolidated Plan describes projects proposed for funding in County Fiscal Years 2022 – 2026 (7/1/2021- 6/30/2026) with CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds. This Second Amendment updates the Consolidated Plan’s Strategic Plan goal of “Affordable Housing in an Inclusive Community” to “Affordable Housing.”
