THE OBJECT of the above-styled case used is to obtain a Final Decree of Divorce a vincula matrimonii on the ground of a one-year separation; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT by Affidavit filed according to law that Nasir Ahmad, the above-named Defendant, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known address is: Flat 202 Satya Simran Apartments, Sec-12, OPP ITS Institute, New Panvel, Maharashtra, India 41026; and, it is therefore

ORDERED, that said Defendant is to appear before this Court on or before the 28th day of August, 2025, and do what is necessary to protect her interests herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City/county of Fairfax. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at her last-known address.
