The object of this suit is to:

Plaintiff respectfully requests this court to grant plaintiff a final decree of divorce from the defendant based on fault grounds; that the plaintiff's former name, Ana Cynthia Viera Alfaro, be restored. Grant such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. The parties separated on or about October 2024 and have remained continuously separated since that date without cohabitation or interruption.
