IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Members Trust Company, Administrator of the Estate of Michael J. Cooney, deceased, and of the debts and demands against this Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Members Trust Company, Administrator;

AND IT APPEARING that by Court Order dated August 9, 2024, the heirs and shares of the Estate of Michael J. Cooney have been determined; and

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if they can, at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of August, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Michael J. Cooney, deceased, to its legatees and distributees, with or without requiring refunding bonds,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Fairfax County, Virginia.
