NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

Washington Latin Public Charter Schools intends to enter into a sole source contract with EmpowerK12 for contracted data analysis services in school year 2025-26. Washington Latin Public Charter Schools anticipates that the consulting agreement will exceed $25,000.00.

EmpowerK12 has been delivering these services and expertise for charter LEAs since 2015 and they have a unique combination of technical expertise, education expertise, and deep insight into Washington, D.C. data through their network of 35+ partner schools and long-term experience. Based on our experience working with them and the unique capabilities they offer; it is in our best

interest to deepen our partnership with them. The partnership will be for up to (3) years.
