SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE ESTATE

Upon consideration of the motion of John T. Georges, Administrator C.T.A of the Estate of William A. Tate, deceased ("Estate"), for entry of an order pursuant to Va. Code § 64.2-556 for the creditors and all other persons claiming any interest in the Estate or in its assets to show cause on the date named herein below, if any, against the payment and delivery of the estate if the decedent to his legatees and/or distributees provided in his last will and testament under administration in these proceedings; and,

IT APPEARING THAT a report of the Commissioner of Accounts of the City of Alexandria approving the interim filed accounts of the Administrator and a report of the Commissioner of the debts and demands against the Estate which identified no known claims against the Estate, have been filed in the Clerk's Office with no expectations taken; and

It further appearing that six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator, it is therefore,

ORDERED that creditors of, and all other persons interested in the Estate and/or its assets in any manner, do show cause, if any they can, on the 13th day of August, 2025, 10:00 am, before this Court at its courtroom at 520 King Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of William A. Tate, deceased, to the legatees and/or distributees of the Estate provided in the decedent's last will and testament under administration in these proceedings, with or without requiring refunding bonds as the Court shall direct; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published once a week for two successive weeks prior to the 13th day of August, 2025, in the Washington Times newspaper.
