The reason for this cause is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the DEFENDANT, JASSABEL RAPSING ENALIOS, on the grounds that:

1. The parties have lived separate and apart without interruption and without any cohabitation for a period of more than six months, to-wit: since December 5, 2024.

2. There were no children born of the marriage, born of either party and adopted by other, or adopted by both parties.

3. The parties have executed a Property and Support Settlement Agreement, dated on March 26, 2025, which have settled all matters pertaining to support and property.

4. An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the DEFENDANT, JESSABEL RAPSING ENALIOS, in the above-entitled cause, is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that the name and last known post office address is as follows:

235 3rd Floor, Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the above named non-resident DEFENDANT do appear here or before 4th day of September, 2025 after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect interest in this cause.
