Underwriter Services

Early Childhood Academy Public Charter School, Inc. (ECA) invites proposals from qualified bond underwriters to assist in securing up to $10,000,000 in tax-exempt bond proceeds through the DC Industrial Revenue Bond Program.

The selected underwriter will be responsible for structuring, marketing, and executing the sale of up to $10,000,000 in tax-exempt bonds to refinance existing debt of Early Childhood Academy Public Charter School, Inc. (ECA).

Additional specifications outlined in the RFP such as the Detailed Scope of Work can be obtained beginning on Friday, July 25, 2025, from bids@ecapcs.org. Proposals will be accepted via email to bids@ecapcs.org no later than Friday, August 8, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
