The object of this suit is for the Petitioner to review the orders of the Court entered in a Child in Need of Services matter regarding the child.

And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the address of Eric Michael Headley, it is therefore

ORDERED that Eric Michael Headley and any person claiming paternity of Israel Gallagher-Headley and any other parties who may have an interest in these proceedings (“Parties Unknown”), appear at the above-named Court at 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia, 22554, on or before August 25, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times of Washington, D.C., and that a copy hereof be posted at the front door of the Courthouse.

Certificate of Publication should be sent to this Court (with a copy to the below named attorney) and the invoice to the Stafford Department of Social Services.
