The object of this action is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to: Henry Ofori and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a trustee's sale pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated July 17, 2020 executed by Henry Ofori, for the benefit of Bank of America, N.A. secured by the property located at 19430 Newton Pass Sq, Leesburg, VA 20176. This Deed of Trust was recorded on May 6, 2021 in the Clerk's Office of this Court in Document No. 20210506-0053260

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before September 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in Loudoun County, Virginia.
