It appearing that a report of the accounts of Tia Sujat and Jenny Goldschmidt, Co-Executors of the Estate of Irma Scheugenpflug, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since qualification of the Co-Executors, on motion of the personal representatives, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all persons interested in the Estate, show cause, if they can, at 9:30 a.m. on the 15th day of August, 2025, before the Court at its courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Irma Scheugenpflug, deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (@). successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the Court of Arlington, Virginia.
