The object of the above captioned suit is to adjudicate parenthood, and specifically requests a declaration that Cheryl Renee White is the daughter of Mulugeta Michael Andualem, who died intestate on October 8, 2024, a resident of Arlington County, Virginia, and the sole distributee of his estate; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT an affidavit having been made and filed showing that the following persons, or their descendants, receive notice of this proceeding as they may have an interest therein, and they are nonresident individuals, other than a nonresident individual fiduciary who has appointed a statutory agent: ETENESH YALEMZERF ANDUALEM, who is believed to reside in Debre Markos, Ethiopia; and DESCENDANTS of MULUBIRHAN ANDUALEM, who are believed to reside in Ethiopia.

It is ORDERED that the above-named Respondents, or their descendants, appear in this matter on or before September 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., and take such steps as may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit; and it is further

ORDERED that the caption, style and first four paragraphs of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction; and that a copy of this Order be posted near the front entrance of the Courthouse for the County of Arlington, Virginia.
