The Plaintiff, Maiko Robertson Stalvey (hereinafter “Plaintiff”), having filed a Complaint seeking the Partition of certain property located in Fairfax County, Virginia; and

An affidavit having been filed that there may be persons who own an interest in the property of whose whereabouts and/or names are unknown, namely the kindred of Howard C. Autry: RITA HIGBY, AMES DRUMMOND, ELWOOD LOUIS DISE, III, CYSTAL LEIGH DISE BROMLEY, CARLTON E. DISE, JR., JAMES NICHOLAS DISE, BARBARA FLETCHER HARDING, RYAN DAVID YEPEZ, BENJAMIN REED PARKS, NICHOLAS HORNER, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS OF RUFUS THOMAS DIZE, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS OF ELWOOD DISE, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS OF EDNA HALL DIZE PARKS, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS OF ONA VIRGINIA DISE PRUITT, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EDNA JEAN JORDAN, and any other persons entitled to share in the estate of Edna Jean Jordan, the intestate decedent, not made parties by name, if any, and making them defendants by the general description of “parties unknown,” an affidavit having been filed of the fact that they are unknown, it is ORDERED that the above named parties and the said “parties unknown” appear on the 25th day of September, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. before this Court at its courtroom and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in Fairfax County, Virginia, and that Plaintiff shall mail a copy to the last known address of any Defendant for whom the last address is known.
