NOTICE

In accordance with Montgomery County Code Chapter 11B-46, Montgomery County, Maryland, announces that it proposes to acquire the property located at 11908 Chapman Avenue, Rockville, 20852, Tax ID 04-00046480. The property is 9,439 square feet and the purchase price is $1,597,196. The County will acquire the property from Siegfried Kurt Temp to combine it with adjacent County-owned property and develop affordable senior housing and a fire station.
