SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Robert Thomas Wolfe, deceased (the "Estate") show cause, if any they can, on September 19, 2025 at 9:30 AM., before this Court, at its courthouse, 1425 N. Courthouse Road #6700, Arlington, Virginia 22201, against the payment and delivery of the Estate to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT APPEARING to the Court that reports of the accounts of Brent E. Baxter, Executor of the Estate, and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor, and upon motion of the Executor,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption, style and first paragraph of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction.
