The object of this action is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to Saheed Palkkandy Kottoth and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a trustee’s sale pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated November 30, 2023 executed by Saheed Palkkandy Kottoth, for the benefit of Regal Creations, LLC secured by the property located at 1310 Park Garden Lane, Reston, VA 20194. This Deed of Trust was recorded on December 1, 2023 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court in Document No. 2023055364.002, in Book No. 28038, at Page 1627.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before September 25, 2025, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
