The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year.

It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant's last known address/residence was 311 Brian Drive, Waverly, VA and the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown; that the Defendant cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the Defendant to be served

Upon consideration, this ORDER of publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before October 2nd, 2025 and protect her interests herein. The Court is located at 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030.

Upon consideration, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the above named Defendant shall appear here on or before 2nd day of October, 2025 after proper publication of this Order, to protect his/her interest in this cause.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herein.
