The reason for this cause is violation of Virginia Consumer Protection Act, fraud, and constructive fraud. An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Defendant in the above-entitled cause is a non-resident individual, other than a non-resident individual fiduciary who has appointed a statutory agent; or cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the party to be served; or OTHER: Private process server attempted service 3/28 and 3/29/2025 without success. Counsel attempted making contact via last known address of the defendant on 6/24/25 but no response. Based on discovery response from Defendant's former employer, Defendant resides in London with no specific known address and the last known mailing address of the Defendant is as follows:
