NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT

COPIER WORKSHOP

Global Citizens Public Charter School (Global Citizens) intends to enter into a sole-source contract with Copier Workshop year with the option to extend for up to three (3) years. The decision to conduct a sole source agreement is due to the partnership that we already have with Copier Workshop. Global Citizens has engaged and contracted with this vendor since August 2021, and currently plans to continue using this vendor. Specifically, Copier Workshop provides the following unique, important, and relevant services to our school:

Copier services / printing services / printer maintenance and repair

The cost for this contract should not exceed $50,000.00. Questions should be received no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 21, 2025, to Sean Flora (Chief of Staff) at sflora@globalcitizensschool.org.
