2. The Bidding shall be conducted in line with Pakistan Public Procurement Rules (PPR) Rule 36 (b) Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available at (https://embassyofpakistanusa.org/).

3. The method of selection shall be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). The relevant details as well as those related to the Pre-Bid meetings are enclosed in the Bidding documents.

4. Bid(s) must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned in above table. The Original Bid Security must be submitted at the address as mentioned above, on or before the schedule mentioned in the table therein, failing which the bid shall be rejected.

5. The bids must be submitted on or before the schedule mentioned in the above table. Bids will be opened on the same day at the mentioned schedule. In case the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
