Public hearings before the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held in the Board Auditorium of the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, at which time the Board will consider the following:
TIME SUBJECT
3:30 p.m. Public hearing to consider proposed revisions to the Comprehensive Plan for Fairfax County, VA. Plan Amendment SSPA 2023-III-2BR concerns approx. 9.40 ac. generally located on the N. side of Route 50, approx. 1,000 f. N. of its intersection with Dulles South Court; Tax Map Parcel # 33-2 ((1))1 in the Sully Supervisor District. The area is planned for office and industrial/flex uses up to 0.35 FAR. The amendment will consider adding an option for warehouse, contractor’s office and shop, new vehicle storage, vehicle storage yard, and/or storage yard up to a 0.35 FAR. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified. PA-2023-III-2BR is concurrently under review with Rezoning application RZ 2020-SU-005. 3:30 p.m. RZ 2020-SU-005 - A & A CONTRACTING, INC., RZ Appl. to rezone from I-3, WS and AN to I-5, WS and AN to permit a contractor’s office and shop, new vehicle storage, vehicle storage, and a storage yard with an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.05. Located on the N. side of Route 50, approx. 1,000 ft. N. of its intersection with Dulles South Court on approx. 9.40 ac. of land. Existing Comp. Plan Rec: Office and industrial/flex uses up to 0.35 FAR. Proposed Comp. Plan Rec: add an option for warehouse, contractor’s office and shop, new vehicle storage, vehicle storage yard, and/or storage yard up to a 0.35 FAR. Sully District. Tax Map 33-2 ((1)) 1. 4:00 p.m. AR 92-V-001-03 - BELMONT BAY FARMS FORESTAL DISTRICT RENEWAL, Statewide A&F District Renewal Appl. authorized by Chapter 114 (County Code), effective June 30, 1983, to permit renewal of a previously approved agricultural and forestal district. Located at 10622 Belmont Blvd., Lorton, 22079 on approx. 289.10 ac. of land zoned R E. The A&F District Advisory Committee and Planning Commission recommended approval. Mount Vernon District. Tax Map 117-2 ((1)) 2Z, 4Z, 13 and 15Z.
4:00 p.m. AFR 2009-SP-002-02 - CRAWFORD LOCAL AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DISTRICT RENEWAL, Local A&F District Renewal Appl. authorized by Chapter 115 (County Code), effective June 30, 1983, to permit renewal of a previously approved agricultural and forestal district. Located at 12655, 12665, 12675 Wiltonshire Dr.; 7325 Kincheloe Rd., Clifton, 20124 on approx. 21.24 ac. of land zoned R C. The A&F District Advisory Committee and Planning Commission recommended approval. Springfield District. Tax Map 85-2 ((10)) 1Z, 2Z, 3Z and 4Z.
