PCA 2000-HM-044-04/ CDPA 2000-HM-044-03/ FDPA 2000-HM-044-04/(RZPA 2024-HM-00031) - MAPLE MULTI-FAMILY LAND EAST COAST, L.P., PCA, CDPA and FDPA Appls. to permit a multifamily residential and a self-storage building at a 3.09 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) resulting in an FAR of 0.84 across the overall development. Located in the S. W. quadrant of the intersection of the Dulles Airport Access Rd. and Monroe St., bounded to the S. by Woodland View Dr., on approx. 3.33 ac. of land zoned PDC. Comp.
