SHOW CAUSE ORDER

THIS CAUSE COMES BEFORE THE COURT upon the Motion of Susan G. Day Executos for the Estate of Madeline E. Wyss ("the Estate"), by counsel, for Entry and Publication of a Show Cause Order.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of the Executor and of the debts and demands against the Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification; and that this Order is a proper one, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 24th day of September, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.. before this Court via Microsoft Teams, against the payment and delivery of the Estate to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds. It is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks pursuant to Va. Code §64.2-556.
