SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that a report of the accounts of Bradford McGann, Administrator of the Estate of Clarence Steven McGann, deceased, and a report of proof of debts and demands against the Estate, has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, a copy of which is attached, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator, it is hereby ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Clarence Steven McGann do show cause, if any they can, at 9:30 AM on the 12th day of September, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom at 1425 N. Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201 against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Clarence Steven McGann, Deceased, to the legatees and distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Arlington, Virginia.
