ORDERED, in the name of Commonwealth of Virginia, that the Defendant enter a written appearance in this suit on or before October 16, 2025, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit, and that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, and posted pursuant §1-211.1 of the Virginia Code, and a copy mailed to the Defendant according to law.
