Wherefore the plaintiff prays that he be awarded a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant, that he be awarded his attorney fees incurred in bringing this suit; and for such other and further relief as the nature of this cay require. Plaintiff and Defendant have lived separate and apart, continuously, without any cohabitation and without interruption, for a period exceeding one year since July 2013.
