The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map Nos. 7202-21-0282; 7202-21-0690; 7202-22-0900; and 7202-22-1013

Account Nos. 14185; 14187; 14188; and 14189

All those certain property, situate, lying and being in the County of Prince William, Virginia, to wit:

All of Lot Nos. 19, 20, 21, and 22, Section 17, the subdivision known as BULL RUN MOUNTIN as the same duly dedicated, platted by Deed of Dedication dated November 7, 1956 and recorded on November 8, 1956 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 209, Page 86.

And being the same real property conveyed to Eugene W. Allue, II from Tammy A. Stewart formerly known as Tammy A. Perkins by Deed dated April 24, 2013 and recorded on April 25, 2013 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince Edward County, Virginia as Instrument Number 201304250042328.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 209, Page 86; Deed Book 1201, Page 272; Deed Book 790, Page 574; Deed Book 292, Page 482; Deed Book 1113, Page 588.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Eugene W. Allue, II, whose last known address is 1509 Summit Dr., Haymarket, Virginia 20169; Steve Gregory, Trustee, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, trustees, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 14, 2025 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
