The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 7493-17-8440

Account No. 00066

All of that one certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in the Bentsville Magisterial District of Prince William County, Virginia, containing 0.4800 acres more or less and bearing Tax Map No.7493-17-8440, Account No. 00066

LESS and EXCEPT that portion of land conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by Deed dated April 15, 1964 and recorded on June 10, 1964 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 321, Page 196.

And being a portion of the same real property conveyed to Marie Blackwell from C. B. Fitzwater and Louise A. Fitzwater by Deed dated October 1, 1935 and recorded on October 24, 1935 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 96, Page 116.

And further being the same real property devised to Lester Blackwell from Marie Blackwell by Will dated August 27, 1969 and recorded on March 25, 1970 in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office as Will Book 28, Page 509.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 321, Page 196; Deed Book 118, Page 253.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Lester Blackwell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Leona Gertrude Davis, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Eugene Davis, whose last known address is unknown; Donald Dean Davis, whose last known address is 11311 Blackwelltown Rd., Midland, Virginia 22728; Marion Blackwell Quinn, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Marie Blackwell, whose last known address is unknown; Barbara Jean Blackwell, whose last known address is unknown; Clarice Blackwell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lester Blackwell, Jr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Yvonne Sutton, whose last known address is unknown; Leon Edward Davis, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Tanya Davis, whose last known address is 21784 Crescent Park Sq., Broadlands, Virginia 20148; Michael Davis, whose last known address is 15504 Yorktown Dr., Dumfries, Virginia 22025; William Costello Davis, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Costello William Davis, Jr., whose last known address is 7529 Lindberg Dr., Alexandria, Virginia 22306; Shawn Darren Davis, whose last known address is unknown; Joseph James Davis, whose last known address is 9583 James Madison Hwy, Warrenton, Virginia 20187; Latonja Danielle Davis, whose last known address is 5 Saint Vincent Ct., Stafford, Virginia 22556; James Andrew Davis, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jeremane Davis, whose last known address is 11192 Rienzi Pl Apt 102, Manassas, Virginia 20109; Kevin Davis, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 14, 2025 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
